Two police officers from the 102nd Precinct were honored for their service at the 102nd Precinct Community Council meeting held last Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Richmond Hill library. The two officers, P.O.’s Louis Soto and Richard Sheridan were recognized for a burglary arrest while on patrol on Jan. 29. Two men were arrested and an investigation is in progress. They were presented with plaques donated by the Times Newsweekly for their efforts. Shown at the award presentation are (from left to right) Precinct Council Secretary J.
